Average dude. Perpetually dilated pupils. Agreeable. Lower class but still manages to rent an apartment. Idealistic. A composed young man, well-mannered and straight edged, to the untrained eye.

Harper suffers from Artemon syndrome, a psychological condition in which the individual feels intense homesickness for a celestial colony for which they are not native to, and oftentimes never resided. The condition seems to have emerged only in the past millennia, reported affected individuals on all Consolidation celestial bodies (Hovuna, Sov...), Immunis-TU7, and presumably in Sol bodies. Typical symptoms of homesickness are displayed (frequent crying, anxiety, social withdraw...) though a distinct aggression towards others is typically present. A rare, more violent variant also exists. Condition named after Vanesa J. Artemon of Hovuna, S5 after poisoning co-workers with the heavy metal thallium. Thankfully, Harper has the non-agressive variant!
